DOROT - The Holocaust Art education Centre was established in 2008 in memory of Moritz and Rozalia Mayer, at Givat Haviva, Israel. It is dedicated to teaching the Holocaust and its implications through the arts, and seeks to engage young and old people from Israel and from abroad, Jews and non-Jews alike, and thus create a lasting legacy of humanism, human rights, and tolerance to honour the victims of the Holocaust.

Its mission is to create a bridge of understanding between past, present and future generations, and to foster compassion and sensitivity in the diverse human experience.
